The old way: open Beatport, search each track manually, add to cart, repeat 40 times. That's 30–45 minutes of copy-paste hell. The new way takes 30 seconds.
1001Tracklists is the world's largest DJ tracklist database. DJs, fans, and promoters log every track played in a set — festival performances, club nights, radio shows, live streams. If a DJ played it, there's a good chance someone logged it on 1001TL.
The problem: 1001Tracklists only shows you what was played. Getting those tracks into your Beatport cart still requires leaving the site, searching each one, and adding individually. That's where CratePilot comes in.
Go to 1001tracklists.com and find the set you want. Search by DJ name, festival, or browse recent uploads. You need the full URL of the tracklist page — it'll look something like https://www.1001tracklists.com/tracklist/abc123/dj-name-venue-date.html.
Head to cratepilot.polsia.app. Make sure the URL tab is selected (it's the default). Paste your 1001Tracklists URL into the input field and click Convert → — or just hit Enter. CratePilot starts scraping the tracklist immediately.
CratePilot fetches the tracklist, extracts every track, and searches each one on Beatport. Depending on the set size, this takes 10–30 seconds. You'll see a live progress indicator. Bigger sets (30+ tracks) take closer to 30 seconds.
Results show every track with a confidence score: High (green), Likely (yellow), or Low (red). High-confidence matches found the exact Beatport release. Low confidence means it found something close but you should verify. Tracks you already own? Uncheck them.
Two options: Add All to Cart opens tracks sequentially (one tab per track, ~4 seconds apart) so you can click "Add to Cart" in each without being overwhelmed. Copy Links saves all Beatport URLs to your clipboard for later. Either way, you're done in minutes.
Beatport doesn't support bulk cart additions via URL parameters (annoying, we know). Our "Add All to Cart" feature opens tracks one at a time with a delay so you can click "Add to Cart" in each tab. Make sure you're logged into Beatport first — the button won't work if you're not authenticated.
Not every track on 1001Tracklists has an exact Beatport listing. Here's what each confidence level means:
Exact match found. Artist, title, and mix name match the Beatport catalog. Safe to buy.
Close match but not exact — might be a different mix, different label version, or a typo in the tracklist. Double-check before buying.
Weak match or ID track. Either it's not on Beatport, or the tracklist data was incomplete. The link shown is a search result.
Unidentified track — the DJ or fan who logged it didn't know what it was. These won't match on Beatport either.
The Copy Links button copies all Beatport URLs to your clipboard in a plain text list. This is useful when you want to:
Each link includes the Beatport affiliate ID (?a_aid=69a5de8ba8560) so CratePilot can keep the lights on. It doesn't change the price you pay.
Not every track a DJ plays is available on Beatport. Promos, unreleased tracks, vinyl-only releases, and tracks from other stores (Traxsource, Bandcamp, Juno) won't be in the Beatport catalog. For those, CratePilot shows a search result link — click it to see what's close, or try searching Traxsource manually.
If the 1001Tracklists page returns an error or times out, try copying the tracklist text manually and using Paste Mode (the second tab). Paste your tracklist in "Artist - Title" format, one per line, and CratePilot will match them the same way.
Yes — any tracklist with track names and artists listed. Some older or incomplete tracklists only have partial data, which lowers match quality, but CratePilot will still find what it can.
